- Refer - Submit only the qualified candidates that
specifically meet your needs.
- Facilitate - Co-ordinate activities with all parties
throughout the interview process.
- Completion - Perform all necessary tasks during the offer
and acceptance stage to help both parties complete the process. AND
for those candidates that don't make the cut - we will let them know
so you don't have to.
- Follow-up - Continue to work with you to make sure that
you are happy with your new IT Professional and with our services.
- Cost - Upon hire, a contingency fee based upon a
percentage of employees annual salary.
Level 2: Retained Search:
- Dedicate - We will dedicate a senior staffing executive
exclusively to your company until the ideal employee is hired;
saving you time, effort, and expense
- Research - Interview your staff to thoroughly understand
your specific needs.
- Advertise - Post on the major job boards and sort through
the sea of respondents.
- Database - Draw potential Candidates from our extensive
database
- Interview - Select only the best and interview them for
your needs
- Evaluate - skill levels, according to your requirements
- Verify - employment history
- Check - Professional and personal references
- Refer - Submit only the qualified candidates that
specifically meet your needs.

- Cost - This service is available at a low base fee.
